レッドジンジャー Red Ginger

赤い生姜？この花はKLで初めて見ました。ここで紹介したパブリックバンク本店のブーゲンビリア庭園の横がレッドジンジャーエリアになっていました。

I saw this flower first time here in KL. This is just beside of the Bougainvillea Garden mentioned at the previous entry.



生姜とかミョウガとかニンニクとか、食べるのが大好き なのですが、これは掘れば食べられるのでしょうか？

I love to eat ginger, Japanese ginger and garlic. Can we also dig up and eat the root of this?
