中秋 Harvest Moon

今日はジム行った帰りにパビリオンをブラブラしました。そしたらこの紅葉にちょうちん。

After working out at the gym, I was walking around at the Pavilion. Then I found this maple tree and lantern, all red.





10月3日は旧暦の8月15日だから中秋ですね。それでこれは月餅売り場なんです。

3rd October is 15th August of the lunar calendar, yes, it is the harvest moon. This is the moon cake sales counter.







中秋に向けて月餅を食べるのが当地での風習。これが現地の人の考える秋の表現なのですね。

良し悪しは判断できませんが。

It’s the custom here to eat moon cake around the harvest moon.
This is the expression of image of autumn by local people... hmmmm…
